Abstract
Teaching any language as a mother tongue differs from teaching it as a foreign language or a second language, whether in terms of goals, means, teaching methods or evaluation, and this requires that the educational programs offered to learners differ in both cases. For speakers of other languages, it is found that they took all the traditional methods, both
ancient and contemporary, such as teaching by traditional methods and undeveloped educational methods, which had a great impact on the delay in the education process in these groups. It can be said that there are several things that contributed to the perception of the problem, the most important of which are: Modern teaching aids in teaching the Arabic language to young people.- The difficulties faced by learners of Arabic who speak other languages in learning to listen for understanding and then the ability to speak fluently.- The effectiveness of educational aids in the quality of education, which has been proven by the results of many studies. The research has determined the current study is based on the following limits: third-grade students at Dar Al-Saeed School in Swap Yaji, and it is limited to developing the skills of listening and speaking among learners in the school according to modern educational methods. The current research has tried to answer the following questions: The third-grade students at Dar Al-Saeed School in Swaba Yaji? - To what extent are the learners' listening and speaking skills available? - What is the effectiveness of modern teaching aids in developing learners' listening and speaking skills?
Therefore, the current research aimed to: In developing the skills of listening and speaking among the learners. - Identifying the availability of the skills of listening and speaking among the learners? - Identifying the effectiveness of modern educational methods in developing the skills of listening and speaking among the learners. Necessary for primary
school students.- A suggested unit in listening and speaking skills based on modern teaching aids.- A teacher's guide for teaching the proposed unit. Measurement tool: It is a test required for primary school students in Dar Al-Saeed School in Swaba Yaji, when applying the research experience to learners. It is indicated that the current research uses the one-group experimental design with the pre and posttest. The most important results of the research were the following:
1- A list of the listening and speaking skills required for primary school students at Dar AlSaeed School in Swaba Yaji.
2- The percentage of the availability of the two listening skills and speaking required for elementary school students in Dar Al-Saeed School in Swap Yaji (55.4), and this percentage is equivalent to a (weak) estimate.
3-The pre and post applications to test listening and speaking skills in favor of the post application, which indicates the effectiveness of using modern educational methods strategies in developing the necessary listening and speaking skills for primary school students at Dar Al-Saeed School in Swab Yaji.
